JAPAN MAP BY AREA/REGION

Japan has a lot of different areas-regions, I didn't visit all yet, but already saw a lot of them.
The Kanto region is an area of Honshu, the largest island of Japan. Tokyo is the most known city, but you can also find prefectures like Gunma, Saitama, Kanagawa, Chiba, etc.
In the Kansai, also called Kinki, you can find Osaka, Kyoto, Himeji, Kobe, and many more.
These are just few examples to help you to make the difference between the regions-cities-prefectures.

At the end of the articles, I will add some info about the transport, prices, accomodation... You can of course find many info on the net, I don't pretend to be an official guide or travel agency. So, these pages are following my experience (good or bad) and illustrated with my pictures. I will not "push" any hotel, restaurant etc, it's about real experiences.
